what you'll need:
- 1 cup oats
- 1 cup shredded coconut
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 1/3 cup honey
- 1/2 cup flax seed
- 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
add all of your ingredients in a mixing bowl
mix everything together really well
scoop out some with your hands and roll into a ball
store in airtight container in the fridge
